No you do not need your credit card to register with us. You will however need one if you are considering purchasing anything from our web store

What other services do you offer

Here at Networx. you can see that we offer a range of services, from hardware to software. Web design to hosting, Graphics designs and Logos, Repairs and sales, Seo and marketing etc.

Can Networx help get images for my site

As a rule of thumb, the customer generally provide all their own materials and we upload and incorporate them into the site. This includes write ups, images, videos, art work, logo etc etc

Can Networx design my Logo and how much

As a web design company we do offer Logo design and art work. Depending on the need of each customer and requirements, the starting cost for a very basic Logo design is around £40.00. this can reach £thousands of pounds depending.

Where is your company based

Our company is based in UK. Our main team is based in our local branch in UK but our staffs and developers are based in different parts of the world

Will my site be secured?

If you have a hosting package with our partner company HocNet then yes your site is hosted on a secured server in a top level high secure data center with all the latest technology

How will my data be kept

Your data is stored safely on our secure database. We do not share or sell your information to any third party not related or connected to our company

What should I do if I purchase a product that is faulty from your company

If by any unfortunate event you have ended up with a faulty item purchased from our store. Please get in touch with us immediately and let us know. We will then be able to begin processing returns and or refund subject to terms and conditions asset out in our Policy
